In response to the many questions Joanne & I have been receiving regarding the TOD reunion party we have decided to post the most frequently asked questions with answers on this page This should cover most of the questions asked of us, however we will update it if we receive any others. If you don't find the answer to your question her then feel free to E-Mail us. How did this reunion get started? and how long did it take to plan this get together party?
Deborah: Miguel & I talked about all the guys getting together a few times and he decided he wanted to host a party for the cast members so they could get together. I helped him organize it and contact those that I could. After that Dan,Joanne, Rozanne,Erin & Terry got involved in getting the invitation out to the others.
We started the plans in February.

Did the guys plan it themselves?
Deborah: No not really. Since it was actually Miguel's party he & I planned most of with some input from Dan.

Was John Dye actually planning to attend?
Deborah: Yes he definitely was interested but had other obligations

Why wern't we told about the reunion and why wern't the fans invited?
Deborah: Since this was the first time that they would be together since the show they wanted to keep it low keyed and private.

Why was it held at the Hard Rock Cafe?
Deborah: That was Miguel's decision. He chose the HRC for personal reasons.

Will there be another TOD reunion get together and if so will the fans be invited?
Deborah: It was discussed however no definite plans have been made

Who of the group was not what you expected, either colder or nicer than you would think. Who was the most excited to be there?
Deborah: Colder or nicer.. Absolutely no one was cold. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly and made us feel totally welcome right from the start.
Not what we expected.. No one really, although Ramon was much quieter than I expected. He's a bit more reserved than the others but he is truly an exceptionally nice guy. As for excited I think I was probably the most excited to be there LOL !!; Seriously however they were ALL very excited to be there.

Why was Stephen Caffrey not there? Was he out of town? Were the guys upset he was not there?
Deborah: I have no idea why he did not show up. As far as I know he was not out of town. He received the invitation but did not respond.
I wouldn't say they were upset, disappointed maybe would be a better word. His absence was obvious and he definitely was missed.

Who was the first to arrive and who was the last to leave?
Deborah: I guess Eric & Tami were the first since they met us at our hotel a few hours before and went to the party with us. After that Terry & Scotty followed by Miguel.
I believe the last to leave was Tony & Stephanie

Do they all look as good in person as on tv?
Deborah: Most definitly and actually better.

Are they a lot like the characters they portray in TOD
Deborah: Again most definitely. I've said this many times before about Steve Caffrey & Miguel Nunez and after having met the rest I can say they are as well.
I belive that they made their characters in TOD not the other way around. What you see on TOD is actually their true personality, except for Dan Gauthier maybe, who is NOT the cockey playboy type he portrays in the show LOL. He is actually a very humble and family oriented guy.

Who is Scotty?
Scotty is a good friend of Terry's. If you watch the show closley you will see Scotty as an extra in many episodes. He did play the RTO (Radio operator) in a few episodes, He came to the party with Terry since Erin (Terry's girlfriend) could not make it.

If there is another next year do you think they will all attend and will you broaden the invitation list to include other cast members and fans?
Deborah: I'm pretty sure they will get together again, if not next year then sometime. They did talk about another again next year but it's very hard to committ to something that far ahead. But I'm sure if there IS one and they are not otherwise obligated they will be there for sure.
As for the guest list probably more cast members will be invited since this one went so well. As for fans again I have no idea. It may be an open type gathering or it could be just a limited number of fans or it could be by invitation only. It's up to the guys how they want to have it just as this one was.

The following are questions & answers from Joanne regarding Tony, Eric & the reunion

Q. How did you convince Tony to make it official, or better yet who helped and told him too. Nice to see Tony is entering the technological world of computers. I remember him saying he wasn't very good with them?
Joanne: Tony had been aware of the site for some time. He was very excited about it; I do not believe that he had to be convinced nor did he need help or need to be told to make it official. Tony does have a computer however is not on line as of yet he is working on getting on line.

Q. How did Eric and Tami meet?
Joanne: Tami and Eric met on the set of "Star ship Troopers" six years ago.

Q. How long have Eric and Tami been married?
Joanne: They have been married for two years.

Q. What ever happened to Eric's brother Karl?
Joanne: Eric and Karl worked together on an episode of Tour of Duty "The battling Baker Brothers" and the movie Rented Lips, Karl is no longer acting.

Q. What is Eric's wife like?
Joanne: Not only is she beautiful, she is a very very nice person. She made us feel comfortable. Tami also has a wonderful sense of humor.

Q. Did the guys tell any funny stories about when they were filming ToD?
Joanne: There was a lot of reminiscing going on that night. Eric was saying that it had been so long ago that he really did not remember a lot of the jokes that had been pulled on one another. I told him once he got into the room with the other guys it would all come back to him. I think that was the way it was for all the guys. There was a lot of smiles and laughing that night.

Q. How hard was it to get the guys together?
Joanne: LOL, I can say that there were a lot of long hours spend putting the reunion dinner together. Debbye was great with the whole thing.

Q. What were the guys like? Was there any one of them that was nicer then the other?
Joanne: Each and every one of them were great! They all made us feel at ease. As for one being nicer then the other ...... They were all very nice.

Q. What was it like to meet Tony Becker?
Joanne: Meeting Tony was great as was meeting the rest of the cast.

Q. Were the guys anything like their characters?
Joanne: I would have to say YES! As any actor they bring a lot of themselves to a character.

Q. Is there going to be another reunion?
Joanne: There was talk about having another get together. However there are no arrangements made at this time. Getting the guys all together in one place at one time is not an easy task.

Q. Did any of the customers at the Hard Rock recognized?
Joanne: There where some fans of Miguel's from Scooby Doo that recognized him. The bartender did recognize the guys from the show and asked for autographs.
